Am I required to have insurance?

Yes. Effective September 1, 2021, once you reach $10,000 in gross proceeds in any month, you are required under your Amazon selling agreement to carry commercial liability insurance.

Does the policy meet Amazon's requirements?

Yes. Any policy offered through Spott is fully compliant with Amazon’s terms. These include: limits of at least $1million in aggregate, international coverage and the inclusion of Amazon as an additional insured.

How long will it take to get a quote?
